According to Royal Caribbean, all guests must be checked-in and onboard the ship no later than 90 minutes prior to the published sailing time or you will not be permitted to sail.

Guests must be 21 years or older by September 19, 2026. No exceptions.
The passport must be valid for six months after the day your cruise ends. The name on your passport should match the name on your reservation. What if my name doesn’t match?
While some other forms of ID may be accepted for your cruise, a passport is the very best option and here’s why:
● A passport is the hassle-free, gold standard for traveling between countries.
● Boarding and disembarking through customs with a passport is usually faster than other types of ID documents.
● If you have an issue while exploring a foreign port (such as missing the ship), it’s best to have a passport with you.
Guests who do not bring the required documents will be denied boarding.
All documents must meet Royal Caribbean and European immigration requirements. Spectra / Pulse The Cruise is not liable for denied boarding or port entry.

Travel insurance
Once you’re ready to book your room, here’s how the payment process works:
• Your £260 Hold Your Spot payment acts as your deposit—but only if you choose an interior cabin (no additional deposit needed).
• If you choose a room upgrade, you’ll just pay the difference in deposit when booking:
• Ocean View – £296 deposit → pay £36 more
• Balcony – £333 deposit → pay £73 more
• Suite – £407 deposit → pay £147 more
These deposits are per person, and your Hold Your Spot amount will be applied automatically.
After your deposit is secured, your remaining balance is split into monthly payments over time (up to 12 months), with each installment charged on the 15th or 30th, depending on when you booked. Extend your monthly payments by doing the Cruise Now and Pay Later with Paypal, Klarna or Affirm.
We accept multiple forms of payment, including:
• All major credit/debit cards
• Paypal, Klarna and Affirm, which offer flexible cruise now, pay later options you'll see at checkout
A £26 fee applies if a payment is declined. If your payment is overdue by more than 2 weeks, your booking may be cancelled without refund.
All payments are non-refundable once your room is assigned.
If an Event is cancelled because of Spectra’s negligence or fault, Spectra will refund any paid deposits and payments.
Travel delays, illness, and personal issues do not qualify for refunds.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive third-party travel insurance. Attending the event without it is not permitted.

If the cruise sells out before your access window ends, you’ll receive a full refund

Roommate Match Program: We’ll pair you based on compatibility like age, sleeping habits, and gender. (Match not guaranteed.)
Solo traveler? You can book your own room at the double occupancy rate.
Double occupancy means that all rooms are priced for a minimum of two people per room.
If two guests share a cabin, each pays their own deposit and share of the fare.
If a guest books a cabin alone, they must still pay the full double occupancy rate, which equals the cost of two guests.
This is a standard cruise line requirement and ensures that every cabin is priced consistently.
Only the Lead Guest (the person who made the booking) can make changes.
Changes may be accepted up to 60 days before sailing (19 July 2026) and will incur an admin fee.
Upgrades will cost the price difference. Downgrades may be approved, but refunds won't be issued.

Yes, book via Royal Caribbean onboard. Off-ship meals & drinks are not included in your cruise fare.
All guests are required to follow any public health and boarding requirements set by Royal Caribbean, the CDC, or other relevant authorities. These may change based on travel regulations and ship policies.
Yes. Pulse The Cruise reserves the right to substitute artists, modify the lineup, or cancel events due to:
● Performer illness or unavailability
● Weather related disruptions
● Cruise Line itinerary changes
● Health or safety concerns
No refunds will be issued in such cases, however, a future cruise credit can be applied.
All accommodations, dining, and onboard services are provided by Royal Caribbean Cruise Line.
